Tumbleweed Chicken Cooker

Inspired by the beer can chicken, liquid from the seasoning well steams the chicken from the inside out leaving you with a delicious golden, juicy chicken dripping with flavor with less fat and mess. Each cooker is lead free and food, microwave and dishwasher safe. Available in two styles: green and polka dot.
Easy to follow steps:
1.Choose a liquid and dry seasoning. Take a 3-4 lb. Roasting Chicken and remove the giblets and neck from the chicken cavity. Rinse and pat dry. Rub the thawed chicken with your favorite dry rub inside and out. (Suggested Dry Seasonings: Jamaican Jerk, Salt & Pepper, Mixed Herbs, Blackening Seasoning, or your favorite dry seasoning Suggested Liquids: Beer, Red or White Wine, Dr. Pepper, or Juice)
2. Fill the liquid seasoning well in the center of the cooker with your favorite liquid. Add a tablespoon of your seasoning to the liquid.
3. Make a foil plug for the chicken's neck. Place your chicken so she is sitting on the top of the well -- legs down.
4 Place in a COLD OVEN and bring to desired temperature together. Cook at 350 F uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.
