Bulk sales require a $400 minimum purchase; quantities dependent on items; contact us early in your planning to ensure a timely delivery.
Shipping Information:
USA - We use FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers for our shipping needs. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Home Delivery within 48 contiguous states. There may be additional shipping fees for Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders shipped Priority Mail or FedEx will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days (depending on the destination) for a flat shipping fee providing the items are in stock. All orders over $200 in the USA qualify for free standard shipping.
International Friendly Shipping- We Ship all orders via United Postal Service Air Mail to reduce broker fees on your end. Please email us if you need a quote. We will update your order with the correct shipping costs.
99% of our items can be shipped internationally, a few are too large or are restricted to only the USA.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns with no questions asked. please notify us before you send the item(s) back to us we will give you instructions & a Ref Number. Without the number we cannot accept your package. Returns must be done within 5 days from the time you received the package. All item(s) must be in new or unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, Only the cost of the item and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.
Special Orders- If you placed a special order we charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. (This applies to items that are specially ordered.)
